Solid experience, friendly and helpful staff and great car for the money. No complaints. Car took a while to get ready but I arrived early and in fact was ready on time. Waiting area could have been a little better equipped but all good

This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Took over 30 minutes to get a car, they took the person behind us in line before us and when we asked why she said she could deny our rental. Not quite sure how they are still in business.
