This location just cannot get right. 2 months ago I visited and witnessed a staff member get in an argument with the manager in plain view of customers, that were waiting to have their order taken by the way. The staff is ridiculously loud and obnoxious when nearby patrons are clearly trying to focus on studying. They are discussing their personal business as if they're hanging out in someone's living room. Completely unprofessional and unbecoming. This location is clearly lacking in competent leadership and training. Truly disappointing because this is a convenient location but they need to take a class in hiring quality
personnel. I'd give this negative stars if I could.

Back to 3 stars Service has markedly improved as of late. Wifi is still terrible.
Downgraded to 2 stars. Still flies all over. Service has never been comparable to other locations I visit. I keep coming here since it's the closest.
Downgraded to 3 stars. The wifi has gotten completely unusable and on my last visit the lobby was full of flies. Gross. Avoid.
Nice and spacious location. It includes a few areas that can be used as a standing desk. A nice touch. I've found service lacking compared to other locations. WiFi is terrible at this location. If you need working/speedy Internet, avoid this location.
