I literally opened my pizza and it's barley cut. I went to pick up a slice of pizza and the whole middle of the pizza wasn't cut. It was actually cut from the outside in. Very very careless slicing.

We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. Got a stretched out medium. Pizza was paper thin. Mostly just melted cheese with our topping on bread. Best part was the crust. Not worth the money. Should have used our normal pizza place.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my dorm, even though I only live 3 miles away from this location. Received an email saying the delivery would be 30 minuets. Called after 45 minutes and they said the guy was on his way. About 10 minutes later received a call from the store saying that the delivery guy called my phone and I "didn't answer" (I never received a call) so he brought the pizzas back to the store. They ended up sending the pizzas back out, which were cold by this time, and finally got them one hour after ordering. No apologies anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!
Update: I received a $15 credit because I filled out a survey about my experience. Glad I got something in return for the hassle. Ordered another time to use this credit and they were okay. I got put on hold by two different people for about 4-5 minutes. I did picked up my pizza this time because I did not want a repeat of last time. This experience was better than my last, but still would not consider it "good."

Okay, I'd like to just say that I have never once received an undercooked pizza. I understand that because it is one of few places on this side of town that delivers, it takes a while because other people order. What can you expect from a popular place?
The best part of this store is when you go for carry out. The staff is usually joking around with each other with smiling faces. There's positive energy and you feel a sense of purpose. They put their customers first. Although anyone who respects someone, receives it. So we shouldn't be rude to them.
The management is very understanding for any food allergies, food preferences, concerns and choices. If there is an issue it's almost immediately handled. A couple of drivers could work on people skills but overall are very bright and seem to enjoy delivering and receiving tips for their good work.
