I want to apologize to the employees at this location, as we came here to buy lunch and they had to work. Sorry you guys couldn't continue to listen to music and gossip in the back and you actually had to do what your job entails.
This is my second time giving this location a chance and they blew it again. The most unenthusiastic, rude and disconnected employees I've ever seen. I also wasn't aware of the new service you offer where I bag my own food that I didn't know was ready. Delivery from here is also a joke.
To the franchise owner of this location: you seriously need to retrain or fire your employees or do something different because you're failing.
To anyone reading this review: Jimmy John's is literally right across the street and actually does a good job. Give them you're money instead of here.

I ordered online at work, and I called to make sure my order was filled and the man who answered my call hung up on me and my food was never delivered. It was my first time considering Milos and ill never do it again.

I went there today. Not what I would describe as a good experience. Girls behind counter not friendly, not rude, but too busy talking about their personal life to care to take my order. When they did, I had to ask for the glass for my drink, then once my sandwhich was made they both went in the back leaving my food on the dirty/ sticky counter. I had to bag my own sandwhich, and the bag on top was a gross greasy mess of some sort. So, as I was leaving I realized the entire place was on the kind of on the icky side...I threw my food away. Won't ever go to this location again ! Too bad because I really like their sandwhiches.

Staff couldn't be bothered to cut my sandwich completely in half, so when I pulled the top half out of the paper, ALL the bacon came with it, and much of the lettuce was pulled out, landing on my lap. Eating on the go, I had no way to cut it so I was left to consume the dangling bacon plain (meh) and the bottom half of the sandwich was pretty much bare bread. Totally NOT worth the $10 it cost me (including $2 tip) for this food-no drink or chips included.
