The person they provide for hit my vehicle. They know it's there fault. The want me to wait on them. I need my vehicle not to play phone tag. Terrible company. Best part, they told me to take a cab to and from work. I already missed one day and lost $150. Plus I don't have money lying around for a cab. They also hinted they have to verify my car's not drivable, there's no coolant tank because I was hit head on and the front end including lights are destroyed.
