I love my doctor but when you need the nurses to do something for you, forget it. I just needed paperwork to be signed for our foster care and adoption licenses, they lost the paperwork. Waited until my husband called to see where they were in the process. Had to print them off and then drive 20 minutes to drop them off again. Then a week and a half later we receive an email from them stating they needed to see me to fill out the paperwork. My husband called and explained what they were looking for. They finally got the paperwork signed and told us to pick them up. We gave them a fax number to fax them to and yesterday we received an email from our worker stating they have not received the paperwork yet. Called today and they "say" they will fax it over just like the previous times they said the same thing. Very frustrating. I will say, if you can get past the nurses the doctors I have had through the year are very wonderful.

Dr. Booth takes time with his patients and discusses treatment options which is nice. The nursing staff is very friendly and helpful.
