I stopped in for a sandwich to go. I saw the lettuce they were putting on my sandwich, old and wilted. I mentioned that their lettuce looks pretty gross. The response? "It shouldn't be because it is a 'higher quality' lettuce. I don't care if it is higher quality! I care that it looks like it has been sitting in the hot sun for a day!
Needless to say I won't be returning to this subway, ever. It wasn't the lettuce that helped me make that choice but it was the crappy attitude from the employees.
