Let me start by saying, I used to love this restaurant. I have fond memories of getting snow cones with my dad and sharing tacos with my mom. My family decided we wanted to eat there tonight. The first time I called I was put on hold instantly. I waited on hold for a total of 5 minutes and then hung up and tried again. I called 5 more times till I was able to get someone to take my order. We ordered 3 enchiladas, 2 tacos, 2 large fries, some cheese, 2 burritos, and a 12 oz. cup of salsa. Not to my surprise, when returning home we were missing our 2 orders of tacos. I understood, as I have worked in the food industry myself, that sometimes mistakes can be made expecially with bigger orders. I was ready to go head and head back. It's not a favorable thing, but you know we are only human. So I called back to inform them that we didn't not receive our tacos. A lady by the name of Emma, or something like that answered. I had Emma on speaker as we went back and forth. She told me that we had to have had the tacos, because she had made them. I repeated myself multiple times going down the list of what all came in the three bags I received. She basically called me a liar. My family is very offended by how we were treated and refuse to come back.

Both locations are falling apart.. not sure how they pass inspections.. the sno-cones are great.. but the rest of the food is grease spoon type food... I am just dis-appointed that the food here is the same as Happys, Church Street grill, Beckys ... nothing unique but the sno-cones
