It's too bad that on 6-29-17 Renee didn't want to take the time to "dig", for my file since my due date was a week away. That coupled with the fact that I wanted to pay off my loan early, would result in Ace not receiving their interest rate huh? It sure would!!! So she refused to take my early payment------my early PAYOFF payment!!! Soooo, I guess she did her job!!! Saved the company money-----regardless of any consequences to the customer. Truly amazing when you think about it! I'm giving a rating of one star,, because there is not option for a half of a star!!!!

Took a loan through ACE and everyone was very nice, thorough and clear with the terms. Would rate give stars but as with other payday loan places, one cannot split up pay back. They have a refinance charge which extends the loan, but one cannot pay half on one payday and the rest the following pay week.
