Told them i was moving out of state before getting insurance, they said it was fine. When i called from my new home to ask a question the woman was like, 'yeah we cant cover you, ive gone ahead and cancelled your policy'. 0/10

had this company for insurance for last 7 months-policy just renewed. 1 month after signing up, my rate was over 20$ more than originally quoted, and when i called its because i put down married but didnt add my spouse. he doesnt drive, so then there was a big deal about removing him mfrom the policy and them fixing the money issue. then after that they called me to tell me i HAD to go paperless....which i refused. i still get paper....even tho they insisted they no longer support that. now to the renewal, never once have i been informed of some legislation changes that were changed in 2013 (i believe the paperwork stated) but takes effect this year (imagine that halfway through the year!) and now my rates went up. so then i get my renewal through the mail and over a month later still havent gotten my new paper cards. well i just called the customer service line and the guy told me to check my email. Im on email 5 times a day....never once received them, or anything ever, from this company. He then tells me my payment is due today, to which i inform him it automatically deducts from a credit card. He argues with me about the cards for seriously 5 minutes until i get rude back and tell him i dont do the paperless crap and then he agrees to finally send me my cards. the lady at the tusc office is rude as hell, as well as everyone i talk to when i have to call the customer service line for any of the problems. cheap insurance cause its cheap all the way around. u want good rates....try lab or vahila. go aywhere, just not here!
