I would not recommend Dr Mona Shay. Called due to bleeding but I was told Dr Shay isn’t seeing her patients rather is scheduling everyone with her nurse practitioner; I ended up at ER & found Dr Shay no longer services Aultman Hospital. ER doc needed to review my records so I requested a copy sent over. Later, I confirmed my appt with Dr Shay’s NP. I showed up on time for my 7am appt to find out Dr Shay cancelled it & all services for my having my past records sent to be reviewed by the ER doctor. Though I requested her care, she refused. I had waited s month for this appt. All of this jeapordized my medical care and left me hanging without care. I absolutely do not recommend Dr Mona Shay’s practice!
