My sister went here to have a tooth removed. We waited for two hours while they repeatedly tried to numb her. It wasn't working because she was exhausted and had an empty stomach from inability to eat so they couldn't do it. The next day we went back, we're in there for 45 minutes and she was good to go. Just like every other business, they have good and bad, busy and empty days. On the good days, they are good! On bad days, they try what they can. But this is from a non patient. Im going to experience it first hand soon and will write another review.

You will never find worse customer service with a dentist than this place. You'd think their receptionist would be trained to have some professional level of patience with their customers. They absolutely do not. Also, their walls have holes and spackle and scuff marks in all over the place. It doesn't get trashier than that.

I have read a lot of negative reviews on here and it made me skeptical about coming to this location. However both times that i have came here for tooth extractions everyone on the staff has been amazing. Both Drs i saw were great and everyone was super friendly, helpful, and nice to talk to. Everyone made me feel comfortable knowing that i was nervous since i hadn't seen the dentist in a long time, and i will never go anywhere else. The only negative i have is that the wall in wait is a little long sometimes. However if you make an appointment they get you in right away. I will always come back to this location.

This is a terrible company! I have been a patient with them for the last 2 years or more. They were my primary care dentist. I called today to make an appointment because I lost a filing in a tooth, person I spoke to told me to come on in and they will take care of me! I leave work early to go and get there and they tell me that they can't do anything for me because they no longer accept my insurance. They told me the only way they could help is if I paid between $150-$300. So now not only is my tooth not fixed, I waisted my time, lost money at work and now have to find another primary dentist. A company should notify all patients when they are no longer accepting there insurance, and train there employees better on how to recognize these things over the phone instead if wasting peoples time!

Finding a dentist in our town for an urgent tooth matter was frustrating. A lot of dental offices are closed on Friday Saturday and Sunday. And booked all through the month, which was very frustrating. This place was great. We were scheduled for an appointment early the following day, place was well maintained, staff was helpful. We were very pleased with their hours. ImmediaDent understand that people have oral issues, and need to be seen, not just 9 to 5 a few days out of the week. A+ for this place.
