The best rental agency I've worked with. Ryan is a pro. Never a hassle or problem. I've rented from them for the last month and a half since my Benz has been down. They are awesome!

I didn't get the car I ordered. The girl thought for my inconvenience she would upgrade me to an SUV. This wasn't an upgrade. The cabin was smaller than the car I rented last time and we couldn't take a cooler because of it. Not only that, it cost me over $200 MORE in gas because the gas mileage stunk. I'm looking into other options for my next rental. I want the car I ordered, not something that they want to force on me. They have also been consistently late picking me up which I don't appreciate. Time to move on.

We had a wonderful experience with the Enterprise on Market. The two gentlemen in the office were extremely pleasant to deal with. We mostly dealt with Ryan and he was very personable & efficient. It was refreshing to deal with such a pleasant person who seemed to genuinely care about our experience and making sure we were happy. We will for now on use the Market location whenever we need to rent a car. We have not had the best customer service at some of the other locations near us but these gentlemen made up for that. I will make sure to recommend the Market location whenever possible.
