They told me 20 minutes for my pizza to be ready. I show up and get told it will be another 30 minutes.

Staff is friendly but I order a dinner box(delivery) didn't not receive it for an hour just before my cold pizza(which I fed to my dogs) got here I spoke with a manager who told me I would get 50% off and a hot pizza on the way, anther hour goes by. that manager left, I call tell the new manager the situation and they informed me that the previous manager had jot told her any of this, so after 2 1/2 hours I still have no pizza, they SAY that I will have the pizza and my money back in 25 Mins so here we go again!

Faithfully our Pizza Hut has the best tasting food and has never disappointed us ever. I sometimes wonder if they are under staffed. We have always had very nice servers. But in observing it appears that the few workers are buzzing around working double time or triple sometime speed. Looks stressful. But it's our favorite place to go on our family day to eat out. It's a great place to eat.
