Don't use them, very rude. I called them after I called another cab company because I needed to get to work in a hurry, because I missed the bus. The first cab company I called was taking his time, I called this company, and guess what the other cab showed up finally, and I took it. I called this cab company Buffalo Metro, and he told me to get someone else, and quickly hung up on me.

Sami is the best cab driver in buffalo. Every time we call him on his line - he responds immediately and gets us where we need to go at a fair rate. Hands down the best cab company in buffalo!

Guy tried to charge me fifteen bucks for a 5 dollar ride. I said please turn the meter on. He said pay me whatever you like. I can't wait until Uber comes to this city'. These drivers trying to rip off passengers has got to stop.

This place was awesome. The price was good and the driver called to pick me up a little early because of the Bills game ending. The car was clean and I was at the airport in a timely fashion. I will use Buffalo Metro next time I visit Buffalo. I will also be recommending this company to my friends and family.
