As a person with high expextations regarding first impressions when encountering a new place to go, to enhance not only my physical attributes but also to sooth the frayed nerves unseen, I must give high regard to all those I came in contact with at Spa Alesis. From first impression to last my expectations were all met.
A big Thank you! to all at Spa Alexis for a great first time experience. See you again soon.

Tried out the spa for the 1st time tonight for a facial. Was the best facial I've ever had! Amanda is amazing and I highly recommend. The products used were fantastic and my skin looks great! She went through a skin routine that I should use and I wasn't aware of certain things that I should be doing. The staff was great and treated me right away and made me feel at home and welcomed. I will definitely be back for more treatments! Oh....and add the eye serum treatment to the facial. My eyes haven't looked this great and refreshed in years!

Wonderful staff!! I went in for a massage and facial they were so nice. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and made me feel right at home. They were very nice to talk to. It was the best massage and facial I've ever had.

This review is primarily for Amber. I have had great experiences with facials by her. She is very personable and provides a thorough, relaxing facial- with great end results! She is knowledgeable and attentive to detail-- highly recommend!
The spa as a whole is quite nice, but pretty small/ also a salon. Services are good, but definitely pricey. The $50 for $75 Yelp voucher is a must! This is not a traditional day spa, but it is a nice place to drop in for a service downtown, or while staying at the Hyatt. Parking is tricky, but the spa will validate valet tickets
