Ridiculous, they say their store hours on Saturday and Sundays are 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. but they do not answer the phone at all to place an order

This was our first time ordering from this place as we were always “iffy” from their location and type of people always wondering around in this area of Bailey and Genesee. This place is closer to home and we are always trying new places to change things up. At this location, we ordered the Pu Pu Platter for 2 and was informed by the menu online that it would include ribs, fried shrimp, egg roll, fried wonton, chicken wings, teriyaki beef, and chicken fingers. Ribs were dry and lightly dipped in a bland bbq sauce. The fried shrimp was good. Egg Rolls were good. No fried wonton. Chicken wings were salty and dry. The teriyaki beef tasted funky and wasn’t enjoyable. No chicken fingers!! Instead there was the chicken used for sweet and sour chicken. No sweet and sour sauce and the chicken was very salty!! Some chicken pieces were “chewy”. The next item ordered was Chicken Chow Mein (I usually get traditional chicken Lo Mein, but wanted to change it up slightly for this trip). Per online definitions of the difference between Chow Mein and Lo Mein: The main difference between chow mein and lo mein is that different methods are used to make these stir-fry noodles. Both chow mein and lo mein use wheat-flour egg noodles. More authentic chow mein noodles are fried to crispness, while lo mein noodles are boiled to softness. What I got was a soupy, fishy smelling mixture of chicken slices in broth and vegetables (celery mostly). The restaurant also put it in a regular Chinese box which I think was “iffy’ because of possibly leaking. Not happy. The next item ordered was General Tso’s chicken with pork fried rice. This item came in a Styrofoam to-go container and horrible presentation! Some of the Styrofoam containers we received were already melting from the hot food!! The chicken was very bland and not saucy at all. I had to buy store General Tso’s sauce to compensate. Rice seemed old and “reused” to sell. Pork was dry and tough. I also asked for extra Tso’s sauce, but received none. We also ordered Shrimp Fried Rice which was good. We didn’t receive any chop sticks; however we did receive forks. No fortune cookies?? Really? The bottom of the bags were covered in condensation from the food and there were puddles of water under the containers. Most Chinese restaurants now a days have upgraded to plastic to-go containers. None here! Also, we had to stop by the ATM due to this restaurant only accepting cash! Weird all the way around. Since we ordered there, one of us stayed while the other went to the ATM and one of the workers kept asking us when we were coming back constantly throughout the time we were going to get the money. Overall, not worth stopping by here. Too many inconsistencies, disappointments, and low expectations for the price we paid ($40+).

Worst customer service i have ever expierienced in my life. I called and asked if they deliver and the man said no so i went to say can i place an order for pickup and he hung up on me..so i called back and began placing my order he was very rude and screaming at me and then proceeded to hang up on me a second time after cutting me off. So i called a third time and said the call must have been disconnected and asked for a time to come pick up the food and he yelled something in chinese then hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude. Needles to say i called somewhere else and will never be ordering from here again.

Worst honey wings EVER! Not only were they soggy with some bruised wings...it was more like corn syrup than honey. Very disappointed. Also the fried rice only had minimal onions and nothing else. Rice also was more of an oily yellow rice than a true fried rice. Rice lacked flavors of sesame oil, garlic, ginger or any other flavors.
