Always very polite and courteous on the phone. This is my place for a good friday fish dinner. Alway delicious. And i've tried many places and no where compares. Very happy with their service and their food. :)

OK. Pizza is so so.. But their subs are top notch! Ham sliced so thin you can see through it! There had to be over a pound of it on my sub! However, if your looking for a smile and over friendly service, look elsewhere. They are pretty sharp attitude wise. But in all honesty, when have you even known a amazing cook without an attitude? Thats why they work in a kitchen to begin with. I think the worse the attitude, the better the food!

hmmm where do I start. 2 hours after I placed my order for delivery I finally got my wings. Hour and a half after I was told it would be a few minutes the delivery driver calls to ask me where the Hotel is because they can't find it(5 minutes away) and mind you I'm from Virginia so I don't know what to tell them. Wings sucked. I know who not to call for delivery next time I'm in town. Im sure somewhere in Buffalo has good wings and service.
