This is the first time I've been to a checkers. After ordering an order for multiple people, I waited as 4 families behind me had received their order. After 30 minutes I asked the person at the window if mine was coming up and they gave me this baffled "what?" Face, before going into the kitchen and arguing among each other who had misplaced it for an additional 10 minutes, instead of simply correcting the problem. After aprox 40 minutes of waiting I had gotten my food, which was prepared incorrectly, and had been given the wrong food item completely as well as wrong sauce, we decided to not argue this and leave.
This place is highly disfunctional.

Very nice Checkers, probably my favorite one. Staff is super friendly, and they don't make you wait around for your food like some other checkers. (They're just more efficient) pretty good location too. It stands out, and is nicely placed.

I try not eating fast food much, but if I do, it's definitely checkers. I loved them when I was in Tampa. And when they moved into the buffalo area, I was excited. Glad to see they are opening new stores here. 😀

The best thing at this place is DEEP FRIED APPLE PIE rolled in cinnamon / sugar. This is how it should be for fast food. MCDONALD'S used to have it this way with APPLE / CHERRY PIES, take a lesson from this and go back to it. It's my health, if I want to eat it, it's on me.
