Absolute disgrace of a 'restaurant'. The place is empty consistently. Doesn't mean you will get your food in a timely manner. And even after you wait 40 minutes for it it will be served raw. Meatballs of all things! At an Italian restaurant. There were children at the bar eating and when I called my order in the waitress, or manager as she referred herself later on. As was yelling at the children to get from behind the bar. I brought my food back that I ordered because the entire inside of the meatball was raw. I demanded my money back for the untouched entree. The waitress/manager complied. As she was pulling money out of the drawer the owner came out. He asked what was wrong again even though it was already discussed and she was refunding me. I told him he wouldn't serve raw meat to the children at the bar why would he serve it to mine. He then told me I was nasty. The waitress gave me money and I walked out. After getting out the door I notice I'm shorted $4+ I walk in and ask for the entirety of the entree as the owner is trying to kick me out telling me not to come back. He lost my business long before that. I hope they're condemned soon so some actual restaurant can be put in there.

Worse service ever. Go in for a fish fry. Only to be told there's no fish. Then there was a bug in my lady's drink. Needless to say I will not be going back there

Had the chicken Parmesan which was good. Bread before hand which was hot and came with a nice oil dip. I also had the hot pepper soup, also good. We had great service, well because we were alone. And I mean no one in there! A tad nerve wracking. Talked to the waitress and asked "what's the deal?" She tells us the owner had to close 2 years ago and has reopened about a year ago. Buffalo is a word of mouth town so this place must have gotten a bad wrap. It was good, give it a try

Wonderful place, warm and cozy, great service, and delicious food, the best Italian food ever. Warm friendly atmosphere. Fish fry's are delicious, buy one get one free. It took a while but they finally got their liquor license. Steve is the owner and he is incredible, he aims to please.
