State farm as a WHOLE company is shady, all I can say is you get what you pay for this particular agent when I dropped a sports car from our policy and added a Intrepid they jacked my rate up. When they told me my how much my rate was going up I told them I was going to find somewhere else for my insurance they turned around and build my account for that new outrageous rate and bounced my account and then didn't even have the decency to refund the bounced account fee. Recently my wife was rear-ended as a State Farm insuree 29 days later state farm never updated us unless I called. Gave me misinformation 3 separate times. They've been busted for shady practices in the past same tricks as before I recommend you look else where. I have spoken to the New York state district attorney to whom will be starting an investigation
