Room I stayed in had a great view of downtown Buffalo and saw a beautiful sunrise from my room. Staff was very helpful when I was locked out of my room. They also did a great job with the Toastmasters Conference. Food was great ( had all three meals). Very professional staff.

Great stay and great hotel. Visited hotel for the bill raiders game. Staff there at Hyatt were incredibly nice. Very professional and courteous. Prices were great and unbelievable location. Walking distance to everything. A must stay if visiting buffalo

Very nice place in an excellent location. Room is comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dean, the manager went out of his way to provide exceptional service and to make sure that I had everything I need. Will definitely return.

Customer service was great, very friendly and attentive. Room met my needs, but seemed pretty worn down. Needs a little refurbishing. Had to call maintenance twice due to leak from ceiling. They were friendly, got the job done eventually; and comped some meals for the trouble. Hotel is in an excellent location downtown and right next to the metro rail. Room service was fine although selection is limited.

My husband and I stayed at Hyatt for a night and we had a great service upon check in and a surprisingly good meal at the bistro. The location is ideal, in the heart of downtown Buffalo, and surrounded by beautiful architecture. The room was clean, and having politely requested a room on a higher floor, we had an amazing view. Overall very good experience. We will stay a Hyatt again if we ever visit Buffalo again. Two thumbs up.
