All practitioners and other staff are unprofessional and seem like they have no idea what they're doing. They break laws by leaving HIPPA information on voicemails; don't get back to nurse's line messages for a month, and keep you waiting at least an hour in the waiting room every single time. I couldn't leave there as a patient quickly enough. Luckily, I'm healthy and don't have a lot going on, but I can't imagine how I would deal if I had a number of health conditions. Waiting for prescriptions to be sent to the pharmacy and having to ask for a reasonable amount of refills was like pulling teeth. I would think it would be simple enough to be in and out of there but I literally would wait an hour or more to be seen to the point I would have to say "I have to go I have to work!" And then my appointment would be 5 minutes long and I wouldn't be able to discuss anything. I wish they would investigate this office for the poor services provided and what the consequences are for their patients. Never seen anything so awful in my life!

You can never get a hold of these people. I sat in the waiting room once for 3 hours and still wasn't called to see the Doctor. Very understaffed and very bad record keeping! If it couldn't get any worse, check out their parking lot on Google maps! LOL. What a joke!

The facility is filthy and smells, I don't think they have any staff cleaning the place at all. The turn over rate for doctors and nurses there is ridiculous, so if it is important to you that you see the same medical person, choose a different office. Oh, and don't expect them to answer the phones.....ever. You will get redirected to a call center that cannot help you.
