Terrible. My boyfriend was in there for almost a year- Out patient services and they literally did nothing good for him. He just used going to this facility as a reason why "he cant do drugs". The whole time he was using, he knew when he could and when he couldn't so he would not get kicked out of the program. The people that go there for addiction, help the other addicts find new places to get drugs around the area. I have been to a one on one meeting with one of his counselors and it was complete bull. The counselor was talking to him like a baby- they did not at all talk about the addiction all they were talking about is how things were going and what is new going on. NOTHING to help him. It was like talking to a stranger that had no idea who he was. My boyfriend was released from their services because they stated he was doing well.. UM NO. he was using the whole time and he is using now. Horizon did nothing for him but allow him to use this place as a crutch to lie to people that love him. Great job guys... great job.. you sure are helping addicts "recover"
