The staff is super friendly and they make me laugh. They are very gentle and explain everything they are going to do. They take the fear out of having braces. We love Dr. Rand and her staff!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rand and the staff. We have had two kids complete the braces process and now on our third. The staff takes time to explain to the kids what is happening and what the plan is going forward which we appreciated. The office also had a nice payment plan if needed.

Everyone at the office is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rand is wonderful with both of my kids. Office is extremely accommodating with regular appointments and if an 'emergency' appointment is necessary. Would recommend this office to anyone needing orthodontic work!

Dr. Rand did such an amazing job on my son's teeth that my second son is starting his treatment there also. Dr. Rand is great with her patients as well as her entire staff. Another positive is when you have an appointment, you can guarantee that is when you are being seen. They are always on time!

We walked in the door to find my 2 kids names written on the board, welcoming them to the office..pretty cool! My kids were thrilled about that before walking in the actual office 😁
The staff was incredibly nice & helpful, and explained every process, especially because I am divorced and I have to work with my ex & his lawyer to get the financials worked out (in court, no less). The office is very understanding of that, so 've we haven't started treatment yet.
My kids LOVE all the staff too - they're totally comfortable with all of them; they put my daughter at ease when doing her molds. The girl was super nice, explained everything to my daughter, and let her watch her brothers molds being taken, which really set my daughter at ease. ☺☺
I really can't wait to get their treatment started, and my kids are more excited than me for treatment. 😁😁😁😃😃😃
