The staff were very friendly and understanding especially the young assisstant man ..he was very understanding Dr hyde .is a very nice dentist i like him

awful. Dr. Hyde put two fillings in, one fell off within a week, the other within a month. When I went back to have the 1st one replaced there was a dental assistant who was being trained there and helping, Dr. Hyde was berating her and yelling at her in front of everyone, I felt terrible for her and couldnt believe how he was treating her just because she didnt do something quick enough or exactly as he instructed, he couldve spoken to her quietly and explained what she did wrong instead of humiliating her. Not only that, they force you to have dental x-rays every time you go in, and they didnt even use a neck shield. Everyone knows you are supposed to protect the thyroid from radiation, just a completely negligent and incompetent practice that is all about $.
