Good calm bar for those not looking for a student scene, nestled in Downtown Bryan, fitting in with the old-time them with a Germanic feel.

The food was ok. If you've never been there there is little to no help from the staff to direct you to the german or irish side of the restaurant. The only clue is the menu. Not authentic German food at all. Adult beverages could be better.

Food was good. Enjoyed the bacon wrapped pork medallions. Wings were very good. Beer was expensive.

Excellent German dishes with a variety of excellent German beers: what's not to love here?! This quaint restaurant and bar on Main St. in downtown Bryan offers an all-you-can eat menu on Mondays that is to die for. Authentic German sauces on your choice of pork or chicken topped off with dessert. All for less than what an average dinner costs at most full-service restaurants. Diners share large tables and comfy benches, similar to the layout of traditional German eateries overseas. The Bavarian Sampler appetizer helps newcomers select their entrees.
