The two girls helping in the office were friendly and fun. That is the only good thing about this place. The psychiatrists are NOT on site, you skype with them. Further, I was prescribed medication (for a mood disorder that I do not have) without any testing, just a brief glimpse at my minimal questionnaire. Not to mention the doctor started talking to me like I was someone else, speaking to me about their confidential information...at least verify who you’re talking to BEFORE saying private info. Stay away from here.

The doctor herself was good but the staff are very unprofessional. Waited 2 weeks for prior authorization for my son's medication that never came and also they refused to complete my FMLA paperwork for my job because it's against their "policy". Makes zero sense. I kind of feel like i was taken advantage of. Paid for services not received. Get better, more professional, staff and ill change my review.
