The food and service was fantastic. The server was just adorable and sweet and attentive. The presentation and all was so nice.

We stopped here during a road trip. Service was good. The salad bar had a good selection. Portions were big as usual. No complains.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
My fiance ,our 1 year old and myself came here on Sunday evening after a long weekend in orlando at the Theme parks. We just wanted to have dinner and then go home to unpack and get ready for the quickly arriving work week.
When we walked in this horrid smell of mold hit us in the face. We continued into the next set of doors and the smell wasn't so bad but was still present.
Looking past that - the hostess seats us at our table and we told her we needed to take a quick restroom break and would be right back. We use the restroom (4 minutes TOPS) and go back to our table and sit down. 15 minutes later and our server had not yet even came to our table. The restaurant was not crowded at all and there seemed to only be one other party sitting in the area we were in so not sure why there was no service.
We got up to leave because of the lack of service and a waitress comes from the back chewing something and wiping her mouth. She says to us 'Have a nice day' and we just keep walking.
We walk right by the hostess WHO JUST SAT US and she says ' have a nice day'.. Like , you just sat us down at our table, we are now leaving without getting food or drinks and all you can say is have a nice day??
My fiance would not let me say anything to her about our troubles or I would have.
We left and went to Chili's and had a great meal and some drinks !
I would not recommend this place.

My overall experience was okay. The food was good however, the service form the kitchen was not the best. I asked for my salad before my food came with no dressing or croutons. It came 3 minutes before my meal came and it had dressing and croutons on it. I ordered a new salad and when it came it was on a hot plate, I also asked for ketchup two times and I never got any. Lastly I wanted lemons and I had to ask for them two times before I got them. The reason I got them was because I talked to the manager about my order problems and I them received lemons. The Asstaint manager Sydney never apologized for the poor service.

Salad bar was horrid with wilted and darkened lettuce. Broccoli salad (which I normally love!)was black throughout the dish so I had to bypass that as well. Bourbon chicken dish tasted like it was boiled with a little sauce spread on it. I gave it 2 stars because the wait staff was so pleasant. Definitely did not live up to the ruby Tuesdays standard!
