I placed an order tonight for myself and 2 nurses that i work with. The food was HORRIBLE. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich. It was undercooked, cold,and tasteless. One nurse ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were undercooked and cold. They were very pink in the middle. We shared the spaghetti and meatballs with a patient and he said that he has had better food from the kitchen of our facility. That says alot.Another nurse ordered the brushetta. Instead of it being toasted it was very soggy. We were not pleased with this place at all.

Having lived in Chicago for over 30 years, i can say this is certifiably great pizza. They even have cornmeal on bottom of crust, thats a chi-town secret mark of a joint that knows how to make pizza. I might even compare it to Giordano's, the standard for deep dish in the windy city, an impressive feat. How is this oasis of flavor explosion even possible in Florida, land of the bland?

My husband and I decided to try Fratello's tonight...a friend had given us a gift card and we were excited to try it. As an added plus I had found a coupon for $3 off our dinner. The food was good with quite a few choices on the menu. We were pleased with our dinner- the food and service were good- and I anticipated what I might order next time we came. But when it came time to pay the good service abruptly ended...our server came back to the table and said her manager would not accept the coupon since we were using a gift card. How ridiculous...the only exclusions were if you were using another discount or special offer...neither of which is a gift card that had been purchased at full price. We went ahead and paid the "$3" since we didn't want to get the server in trouble. But the manager's horrible customer service lost Fratello's a customer...we won't be back!

I have been going here for about two months for lunch. I can say I have tried a lot of the items on the Lunch Menu and have not been disappointed. The food has all been very good the staff is the best. I always sit in the bar area and the girls running the bar are very friendly and always taking care of you. I'm a very picky eater but it is nice to have a place to go to that I can eat several things off the menu. I love the fish and chips for the Cod is very large and always cooked just right. If you are looking for a place that can satisfy different tastes then you should try them out. I have not been disappointed and I'm sure you will not either.
