Ordered 5 donuts and 3 Late's,
They changed their mind about what they had and didn't at the window and ended up giving half different donuts than what they said they had when ordering. Had to wait extra on the side for Late and one was completely different than ordered. There was no line and empty store. Horrible

I was very disappointed in the coffee regular i asked for. It was luke warm and tasted sour. They didn't put the regular cream and 2 sugar amounts i asked for. Very disappointed at this location. Going to go back to my usual DD spot on 14th even though it's farther from my home.

Worst Dunkin/Baskin ever! Rude employees, can't make anything right, management doesn't care and are just as rude. Unfortunately for me it's the closest Dunkin to me so I drive 5 miles out of my way to avoid this horror story!

Never put enough cream cheese. Do you really think a dollop the size of a penny can cover an entire bagel (both halves)? Also my bagel was cold. I asked for it extra toasted and I got a cold, not even toasted bagel. The sweet tea tasted like it sat out since yesterday! Will not be returning to this location.

Just got there at 930. Close at 10. Just wanted a sundae. Walked in and the smell of bleach literally burned my throat. After waiting and someone telling me be right with you .. a kid came up and said he was sorry but the ice cream melted earlier and there wasn't any. I couldn't see because the entire freezer was covered up . I didn't even see a sign stating it had melted before and they weren't serving any. And the person who said be right with you didn't mention it. Pure laziness if you ask me. Trust me I will not be returning.
