I have been going here for years with 4children! All of the staff is amazing!! They are all very kind and caring. Anytime my children are sick I get a same day appointment. I love the staff they are loving, caring, and efficient. I would not take my children anywhere else.

My daughter is 8 months old, I've been taking her to Palmetto Pediatrics since she was born and we have had a pleasant experience with all the staff. The nurses are awesome, the doctors have been informative and the office staff has reported quickly to what I need. I haven't had any issues with my child that would require an extensive amount of time there, but all in all a really good experience.

The Doctors are great but unfortunately their office staff is mediocre. They're unprofessional, in every aspect (appearance and customer service). They're very unorganized and simply not what one should have to deal with when taking your sick child to Doctor. Like I said, the Doctors are great, just not their office staff.

The Doctors are great. The office staff on the other hand are completely unprofessional. They're rude. They call me, leave a message regarding my son, tell me to call them back, I do and then they tell me no one ever called me. Also, I called when my 3 month old had a high fever the 'nurse' told me to read the back of the Tylenol package! For his age, it says ASK A DOCTOR!

This was a sad attempt at a long-term pediatrician. They're not all on the same page, and change treatment more than they change underwear. My daughter was hospitalized and on different antibiotics almost monthly for over a year and Kondabala refused to refer her out for another opinion on treatment before I switched pediatricians and was able to get her the referrals needed to address her needs. They have Saturday appts, which is nice, but nowhere close to "specializing" in asthma & allergies.
