Pretty standard, do a great job with the food, but a lot of their employees could use some coaching on hospitality, customer satisfaction, and appropriate workplace conversation within earshot of the dining room. Manager seems to truly care about what she is doing, but seems like she could use some support from above or a more professionally trained crew, considering the arguments she regularly gets during our visits.

NOT the fastest, but probably the freshest of the 'Fast-food' tex-mex market. Prices are good, too!

I went here for lunch today, and I had an overall terrible experience. It took forever just to get up to the drive through window, and once I paid it took another 15 minutes to get my food. The entire 40 minutes I was there, it was extremely busy, and yet there was an employee wandering around the parking lot smoking cigarettes and slowly sweeping up dead leaves the whole time. Obviously it's going to be busy between noon and 1, so shouldn't you have all hands on deck helping inside?? When I finally got my food it was cold. Since they just finished making it, you would think it would be hot. The only reason this review has 2 stars instead of 1 is because they gave me a free meal coupon and apologized for the wait. Not that I will be going there again and using the coupon. Also, just a suggestion, but maybe someone else should be working drive through?

Went with my disabled fiance and she could not get in the building, the apparent wheelchair accessible entry is too high of an obstacle for a power chair to get through and the angle is way too steep. It is definitely not complient with ADA. I asked to speak with the manager and the shift supervisor came out and claimed it was accessible. I stated that I would just call the fire marshal. It would not have affected her in any way but she chose to be verbally defensive. I went to ask my fiance what she wanted so we could get it to go, I went back inside and was overhearing the apparent manager being verbally abusive along with 2 other employees regarding the issue. I hope they get fired and I did indeed contact the fire marshal and Taco John's corporate HQ. Not at all happy with the treatment at this location.
The photo can't display the angle of incline but it has no ramp up into the building.

What. On. Earth.
It's a good thing that the food tastes good. My husband and I came in to eat around 7 pm on 10/27 and were absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism. Not really sure what was going on... there was an employee on break with friends or family, not sure which... but being super obnoxious. The manager was chewing out her team in front of customers. Some other employee barged out from the back and had a fit over some roommate situation, right in front of people eating... we felt so uncomfortable. It was awkward. They didn't even have music playing, so we really got to hear the weirdness. I'll probably be back for food some day, because it's delicious. But the people working here have no clue what it means to provide a good dining experience.
And I get it- it's fast food. I'm sure it sucks. However, you're being paid to do it, so do it well. I'm sure that there are plenty of folks out there who would happily do it. I've worked in the customer service/restaurant industry for 10 years, and although not the most fun job, it really isn't rocket science. I will say that the guy who brought us our food was cool. Keep it up, dude. You were great!
