Service was bad, food was gross. The food wasn't even hot when we got it, it was a little warm. My husband got the fish tacos and there was barely any fish in the tortilla, just a bunch of cabbage and a few small pieces of burnt fish. Rice was hard and barely warm. We will defiantly NOT be going back. We were very disappointed.

We won't be back. Food was so so... they ditched the lunch menu so that makes your lunch the cost of a dinner, basically forcing you to eat the taco bar or dinner. Service was okay but better if she didn't offer things like more salsa and then not bring it only to ask us if we need anything 5 min later. I've been coming here for decades and I'm terribly disappointed in the direction this restaurant has taken.

Our waitress was friendly when she came around. I really don't have much to complain about in that area.
The food was awful. I got cheese enchiladas. They were so hard they were crunchy. The rice was old and also crunchy. The portions were very small. I don't eat a lot, so even if the food would have been edible I would not have been full when we left. My husband's food was also very under par. I will not ever come back.

I've always thought Santa Fe Reds could use a little sprucing up over the years and slowly I'm starting to take notice of some subtle changes being made. I frequent your restaurant about once or twice a month and tend to sit on the patio or in the window room. Yesterday my friends and I opted for the window room and to my surprise the layout has been wonderfully switched up, to where I felt it was a brand new space! I couldn't believe how much more open and inviting it felt to be in there. It was wonderful and a perfect setting to enjoy fantastic margaritas, cold beer, and great company!! As always our lunch was delicious and your waitstaff so friendly and efficient. Santa Fe Reds is truely a hidden gem!
