First, they misdiagnosed a swollen eye from allergies as an infection. The first doctor gave me very expensive antibiotics. Nothing got better, so I went back the next day. The second doctor said it might be allergies, but he will change my antibiotics to another type (I now have two bottles of expensive and useless antibiotics). I also got a cortisone shot for the allergies. Things got better after that, but it was very clear that it was just allergies related to a chemical incident at work. After Worker's comp picked up everything, I tried to get my 25 dollar copay returned. The first time I called, they said they had no charge of 25 dollars and only showed the worker's comp picked up everything. The second time, they finally said that I had 25 dollars on my account and will see if it can be returned. I should have followed my instincts and just taken Benadryl. In Bozeman, Montana, you literally have to be your own doctor.

Been here a few times. Doctors are helpful mostly. Wait times vary dramatically depending on when you go in and what you are being seen for. Seriously though, set aside 4 hours of your time. I've been in there that long. They don't have any machinery besides xray which means they can't see kidney stones, ovaries or other lady parts.. anything besides bone. This is hard because I've had to go to the hospital 3 times now to get tests done, and when you have to run to the ER anyway after spending 1.5 hours at urgent care, you should have just gone to er anyway. The doctors address knowledgeable though.

Go somewhere else. This used to be a great place until it was bought out by Deaconess. Unfriendly staff, ridiculous wait times. And they collect payment beforehand so you can't leave if you are tired of waiting. Disorganized.
