My very first contact with Helton Hearing Care was comforting and very accommodating. Right away I felt that the staff was caring and kind. After my appointment with Dr. Helton, I was convinced that the staff at Helton Hearing Care was a special group of people who sincerely cared about their clients' needs and concerns.

I'm an out of towner whose hearing aid quit on me. These folks saw me the same day and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Got me fixed up in no time.

We were visiting Bozeman, my Dad's hearing aide broke. We called Helton Hearing very close to closing time, they said come right over and Dr. Allie not only fixed it, but cleaned up the gluing mess I had made trying to fix it. Their whole office staff was so pleasant and Dr. Allie was so sweet to my Dad. I love how they fit us right in when they were trying to go home for the day and my Dad had a wonderful visit with grandchildren and great grandchildren because of their kindness!!!!!! Thank you again so very much!

Thanks to the expertise of everyone at Helton Hearing Care, I never miss a word anymore. Plus my husband is so much happier not having to repeat everything several times. Everyone at Helton Hearing Care is welcoming and they always go the extra mile to make sure their patients get excellent service in a very timely manner.
