The vet and the desk staff were very kind a d welcoming. My dog was not scared or intimidated at all, and thus has always been our go-to veterinary clinic.

I have been with them since they started in Union Sq. Odie went there until he had sadly passed and they sent me a lovely card. Gidget now goes here and they are always friendly with her and the staff is good too. They always know how to calm my cat down.

The vet service is really good but please don't use their grooming services. I took my golden doodle there and she got transformed into a rat. I don't understand how can you shave a doodle's face and ears without thinking how the original look has to be. And then, she shaved everything and left the tail! The groomer obviously has no common sense. Please please dont take your dog there for grooming services.

My experience here was bittersweet. My sweet Buda was seen here a few times but a year ago I found out she was quite ill. I took her home and cared for her as best I could until it was obvious she was in terrible pain. When it was time to let her go I was heartbroken and overwhelmed with grief. Everyone here was wonderfully kind and comforting. I never felt rushed and had all the time I needed or wanted to say my goodbyes. It's taken me awhile to write this I know, but every time I tried it was just too hard. Thank you everyone at Union Square Vets.
