We have taken our cats to Village Vet since they were kittens (they are 13 now). They have gone above and beyond in the last year to ensure that our fur babies are doing well. Dr. Ahmad worked over one weekend to help save one of our precious cats. So dedicated!

Very poor experience. Waited on the phone twice for over 10 minutes only to be told by the receptionist she did not have time to answer any questions. HIRE the staff you need so they can answer questions for potential clients!

This is a hard location to evaluate. I have loved both veterinarians I've seen over time, but the front desk staff are rude (phone and in person), over-step their bounds (in terms of "advice" they should not be giving), and non-friendly. Each time i interact with the front desk staff, i consider finding another vet, but the doctors have always changed my mind due to their kind, knowledgeable, thorough evaluation of my pet.
