I stayed here for about a month and a half and I had an absolute fantastic time. The studio is modern and cozy. The neighborhood was super friendly and it always felt safe walking home to 47 Royal St. The bottle of wine, the soap and other utilities were great additions. If you're looking to explore Allston or Boston altogether, 47 Royal is a fantastic location.

The listing is exactly as posted in the advertisement. We loved the location and painstaking details that the hosts have included to ensure an enjoyable stay. Our trips to downtown Boston, and the surrounding suburbs were easy and convenient from this location, Even the 90 minute drive to beautiful Newport, Rhode Island was an easy jaunt from this great location. Nice to be able to have our car with easy on-street parking so close to the city. We will never stay in a hotel again while visiting the Boston area. This studio was relaxing, comfortable, spotless, well-appointed and an overall great experience! PS- Loved the peach tree in the yard!

A very enjoyable and relaxing stay at Royal Street Studio. In a quiet, residential area, the studio is only a short walk to Harvard Square and Allston village either side. It is clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and it is reassuring to know that Richard is always on hand to help if any problems or queries arise.

The studio was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Absolutely stunning. My friends were visiting from France and started calling the studio 'home' after the first night. They had a hard time locking up the door on their departure day. Their experience in this studio was truly a fantastic one. Thank you! Thank you! So glad I found you!

exceptional. It was a pleasure to find everything as described on the
website. All equipment, utensils etc were available and everything
spotlessly clean. Victoria and Richard were wonderful hosts and ready to
answer any queries. The information booklet provided a helpful run down of
the area. We would definitely recommend a stay at the studio."
