THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. Back in May I ordered two plane tickets for my mother and I over the phone with a travel agent JULIA GRIGORYAN. I then see on my bank statement that the payment went to Galaxy Travel Inc. I still hadn't received my tickets so I tried contacting JULIA and could not reach her. I went to the Galaxy Travel Inc and asked about the money that was taken out. They told me that my credit card was used to purchase tickets for someone named VIGEN ALEKH something. I believe this is JULIAS HUSBAND. Galaxy claims that JULIA does not work for them. I told them I hadn't authorized any such purchase so they told me I would get my money credited back in 3 days. now it's been 5 days and I still haven't received my money back. I called them and went to their office today and was told they have no intention of giving me my money back. The boss was nowhere to be found so one of the girls called him on a cellphone and had me speak with him. He threatened to have me arrested if I didn't leave. He acknowledges that they took my money but refuses to give it back.

I booked a trip 2 weeks ago with JULIA from this place. Paid for it in full. She texts us yesterday saying, I'm sorry I didn't book your trip, call you credit card company and dispute the charges to get your money back. So I start panicking. I call everywhere that I possibly can to find a trip on the same days and everything is almost double than what I was paying her. These people are thieves, liars and they should be shut down. I am going to file a report with the BBB of Massachusetts. What they did is basically credit card fraud, a felony, a crime. And if anybody says otherwise, then they're in on it too.
