HORRIBLE customer service from their personnel. Completely rude and very unprofessional. When asked for a manager or someone in charge I was told there was no one in at the moment and that the owner will be back ina week because of inconveniences caused by the hurricane. Mind you this office is located in Boston, Massachusetts. I live in Orlando Florida and because of damages caused by the hurricane we cannot travel on the certain date we had purchased our tickets for. No resolution to our issue although we have paid in full for our tickets not knowing we were going to be affected by this hurricane and that was l was going to be forced to stay in Orlando a week or two weeks longer because of insurance claims and purposes. The way that the agent dealt with this situation was completely out of context and did not offer any type of help to resolve our problem other than to try to speak over me and have a poor attitude towards a retired Marine veteran. Completely unacceptable behavior from this woman who did not even have the decency to state her name when the call was answered. I will be filling a complaint with the city of Boston very soon to report this type of erratical behavior with such poor practice of ethics. This is America where when things go bad, a business representative should go above and beyond to make sure the paying customer gets taken care of the right way when they have been a victim of a natural disaster instead of showing nothing but stubborn arrogance to someone who has fought for this country and stood to maintain and defend the United States constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
