Arrived at the stop at Copley square and St James at 8:50 am. Trolley drove past me as I waved like a poor sap.
Not impressed! I have been standing in the cold for 40 minutes while all the other tour busses come on time and stop for their customers. I reviewed the other tours and chose this one. It was the wrong choice. Not how I envisioned spending the day in Boston.

OMG , just fantastic , I have done both the duck tour and the trolley tour on numerous occasions when family and friends come to town ! great tour guides and each one has their own way of telling a story so it always feels like its your first tour . keep up the great work

My wife and I visited Boston over Labor Day weekend. Hadn't ever been on this kind of tour before, so decided to give it a try. We started in Cambridge, at the Galleria and took the Cambridge tour. Our first driver was (Gary) was awesome. Lots of local knowledge, a lot of fun to listen to. I'm guessing his impression of his dad is spot on :)
We ended up also going on the Boston tour. Drivers were hit and miss, none as fun as Gary was but none bad either. We really enjoyed the fact that we could get off any time we want and then back on the next one. We ended up touring around Boston and Harvard for almost 6 hours. Had a great time and will try this again.

We had a wondeful experience with Boston Super Tours. The drivers were all very good narrators and drivers at the same time. We also took the harbor cruise included in the ticket which we really enjoyed. The tickets we bought at our hotel for a very convenient 2-days rate. Excellent!

Would not recommend. Was told our ticket was no longer valid for a cruise and duck tour because they separated companies. They should have still honored it because they issued the guarantee ticket. Next, waited for over 50 minutes for a bus. Was also told the last harbour cruise is at 2pm, but when we rushed over the cruise company told us it's every hour on the half hour, so we wasted money on garage parking (quickest) and was unnecessarily rushed. Tour guides were mostly okay, which is why I gave two stars. Otherwise, very disorganized and dishonorable tour company.
