Zero stars but I had to give them one just so I could post. Same story. Signed up via web in May for the next day. Nobody showed up. Not a segway in sight. Complete scam.

Stay away from these scamsters. I booked a tour with them on 20th May and no one showed up at the location. However they charged me for it. Their phones don't work and there's no response for emails. I'm still trying to get my money back.

We were scammed by this company. No one showed up at our assigned time and the location had no signs or anything. We called them several times and emailed and still have heard nothing. They emailed us later saying thank you for our business but we never even got our tour... really weird and upsetting. Still trying to get a refund but no response from anyone yet. Definitely do not use them for anything. It was like they've gone out of business or something...

I took a one hour Segway tour with my 15 year old nephew this morning. We both had so much fun. Even though I am pushing 50, the Segway made me a kid again. My nephew and I laughed, high fived, goofed around with each other and had a glorious time seeing the city. Tashi was really knowledgeable about the history of Boston and made sure we were well trained and safe out on tour. This was a great adventure for both an athletic teenage boy and his willing yet much less athletic aunt. Good Times!

The wife and I decided to take a 2 hour Segway tour of Boston on July 2 but after only a few minutes out on the road we had an accident which was no one’s fault. Our Segway leader was very good and was able to call an ambulance and my wife was taken to a local hospital with a twisted knee and neck / head issues from hitting her head on the sidewalk. Again our Segway leader did a great job and I was very pleased and happy she was there.
The only issue I have with Boston Segway is that NO one from the company called to see how she was doing after the accident I just think if someone is hurt the company should make effect to follow up and check on their customers.
