We used Yankee Line for a large two-day corporate event and we were all impressed and very satisfied with their service. The drivers were timely and professional. The buses were spacious, clean, and in very good condition. Also the price for such high quality service was extremely reasonable. We would be glad to use this company again for all future events.

The commuter rail in Boston is out of service on the weekends (summer 2017), so, Yankee is the bus service being used to bring commuters to their locations since there are no trains. There are barely any signs to show you where to buy a ticket or even where your bus is. My boyfriend and I finally found where the bus was picking up and the Yankee employee gave an attitude and yelled at people for waiting by the bus... when 10 seconds later, the driver was telling people to come. Maybe the commute and lack of signs is the MBTAs fault, but the attitude and rude way of giving instruction was definitely from a Yankee employee. If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I called to get a quote and spoke to a very belligerent man who really wasn't helpful. I called and and gave details of my group trip and basically was looking for information on what Yankee line had to offer. The first thing he said after I finished talking was "it gonna be $4100" I proceeded to ask what type of amenities was included on the bus and his response was and i quote "have you been on a bus before". From that point the conversation was over, Yankee should be more wise who they have answering the phones giving quotes.
