If you are smart you will stay away from this company. They peddled it as a school activity but it is not. Customer service is the worst hanging up on you after they provide you with that specific # to call.

We had a wonderful trip! This was my sixth EF Tours. And the second one with our wonderful tour guide Jourdan. The trip from Paris to Barcelona really gives you a full idea of how diverse the two countries really are . Though it is tough to see Paris or Barcelona in just two days we were able to see more of both by not opting in for the extra excursions which I would suggest to do as well. As a teacher I would pre-plan ahead and itinerary for when you were actually in those two major cities so that you are prepared to tell your tour guide what you would like to do in case they ask. For example I created a very easy scavenger hunt with the rooms at the Louvre. It made it less stressful to have to depend on the tour guide to do everything for you especially because a lot of times your time spent could be free time. This tour provides an excellent balance between mountains and sea... city and town... I would absolutely do this one again.

Exceptionally poor service and total lack of communication. Dates were changed by 2 WEEKS without first discussing with parents. Trip leader suggested parents call EF. I called customer service, was told would be called back. Was not. I called 2 days later and asked for a supervisor. Caitlyn said none were available. I asked for email contact for supervisor. Caitlyn said they do not give out that information. Then was told eureka, an update on dates is available and they are "unchanged." In fact, the dates she had had moved by two weeks. And I am supposed to trust these people with my CHILD??? I am all about opportunities to broaden my child's view of the world through travel and hope she has an awesome trip, this company needs a lesson in customer service.

Wow wish I could give them less than a star. In light of the recent terrorist attacks (3) in Paris (1) in London you would think that any fair minded company would refund part of your money. They told me that I was SOL but they had made some adjustments to the trip that I should be comfortable with sending my daughter to London on 4/1/17 and to Paris a few days later. REALLY?????
