My client ordered the transfer from BOS to NYC for 18 students and a group leader, they came to the agreed location half an hour before, but at the agreed time the driver didn`t appear, when they called, he/she told "you were not there when i was there", and the company never did anything to solve the problem. the group had a flight to catch in NYC, so they had to find another transportation urgently.

I took the three days tour to wahsington... booked for a bus tour but went in a van.. ac was not effective and was very uncomfortable.. the hotels they booked was ok and definitely not recommended for children's... everything was rushed to cover all places...

I use this company frequently to get back and fourth from the Mohegan Sun. If you know what to expect, it's great. Quite simply, it is the cheapest and fastest way to travel between Boston and the 'Sun - cheaper than driving yourself and you don't even have to drive! If you're going for just a few hours, it works perfectly. If you're going for (up to) 3 days, it still works! When you arrive, they give you a couple match play vouchers; one of them doubles as a $20 meal voucher so I usually eat as soon as I get there (it works on drinks, too).
I have seen reviews from this company that don't appreciate the fact that they are the only white people on the bus which I think is a pretty bigoted response. If their Chinese soap opera dramas on the TV are that unbearable, bring an ipod or take a nap, geez. You might also want to be prepared for a bit of a language barrier. All or most of the employees are fluent in english but sometimes its challenging to understand what they're saying so have a little patience with that and before you know it, you're there.
Good to know: Have two $1 bills for your return trip. I don't know why the company doesn't just charge $2 more for your ticket and give this amount to their drivers but this is considered customary to tip your driver that exact amount.

I just called with a general question. The woman who answered the phone couldn't understand my question because she was not a native English speaker. She transferred me to another woman who was equally unhelpful. I ended up just saying "nevermind" after about 5 attempts at communicating my question in different ways.
