I had a great experience at Newbury Day Spa. I had a russian lady Luba who did my facial and brazilian. What a great service!
Facial was one of the best I had gotten as well as brazilian was so quick and painless that I didn't realize it was over. She used strip wax that I preferred better.
Good choice of the spa to go to.

I had a gift certificate for pedicure and manicure to Newbury Day Spa. I got Rita as my manicurist and she did an amazing job! My nails came out perfect! And the service was great as well. Rita was very professional and friendly. I am looking forward to coming back there soon!!!

I was referred to this spa by the hotel I stayed in and boy was it a mistake to go there.
I went in for an eyebrow wax and manicure. The manicure was OK, but the woman who did my eyebrows did not know the proper technique and did not listen.
I told her to keep my eyebrows as thick as possible and simply to clean up the stray hairs.
Instead she waxed the upper part and took off 1/3 of my actual eyebrow FROM THE TOP!!!! Now my upper brow is naked and the hair folicles are visible.
She also waxed from the bottom and took off almost all of the outer half of my left eyebrow.
Now my eyebrows are uneven - one thicker than the other, the left one is missing most of the outer half and the top third of my brows are naked and weird-looking.
I bought some Rogain this morning and am hoping they will grow back. Avoid this place at all costs.
