Becarfull when you make interview appt is hands on 60min first and after they tell y how much y get paid by hours ,and you are not alownd to work around ,so I think will be fair to be interview first and after if you agree with their policy hands on for massage that's my opinion

Best hospitality and the staff are very welcoming but most importantly, my therapist was excellent in understanding my needs and tailored the massage perfectly to my satisfaction!

Make sure you read carefully terms and conditions when you subscribe to monthly plans. Plan cancellations take 35 days, so they can still get another month worth of your money. They will penalize you heavily for not showing to your appointments, and cancellations can only take place if you show up in person. It seems like this place is far behind in customer experience overall. Will never come back again.

First experience was wonderful. Second time around I had to call and cancel (left a voicemail), but was still charged. Called in to dispute, and was told that a voicemail was not sufficient.
I proceeded to ask why I didn't receive an appointment confirmation call. It was "e-mailed" to me, yet nothing was in my inbox.
So I'm denied a refund, all while the manager is trying to plug the membership over the phone. I'll pass.
