I bought a Groupon for a wax and the esthetician really calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. She was very sweet. I would recommend going there and would surely go back myself.

I usually am not a salon guy but this place has been nothing but stellar and accommodating for me. I typically fear having my hair cut from new places but I have had my hair done here by four different stylist, all unique, but all gave me more than a stellar look. I must say that if you are new to the area or looking for a new place to try you should start your search here. From top to bottom this is a well run and talented salon.

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage tonight with Sal after a tense vacation... OUTSTANDING! This guy has a sixth sense and is in tune with your body's stress level... A+++ I feel like a million bucks! I love having Elements in Charlestown.
