Really nice service and good sushi. Accomadated our large party without needing a reservation which was nice though it was a Tuesday.

The decor and service were both nice, however, the food was just okay. We ordered the spicy maki combo and a Chirashi bowl. The rice in both were well seasoned, however not all of the fish in the Chirashi tasted fresh (particularly the tuna and another fish that may have been snapper or yellow tail) and the egg that came with it was very bland and rubbery. The spicy rolls also all tasted the same and I couldn't discern any differences between the 3 rolls.

I have generally liked this place when I have come. For the last week I have been trying to come here to get spring rolls and they were out. Today I tried again and they let me order them and pay before telling me they don’t have them. They substituted something I didn’t even want to eat and still charged me for it.

Good cheap sushi and other Japanese food. The veggies served with a meal are one of the best salads in town: greens, asparagus, steamed broccoli, and parboiled carrots.
Many cooked maki. Raw maki selection is limited if you don't want it spicy.

We stopped by on a Sunday evening only for a light snack. Parking was available out front (street only). The place was mostly empty and so we were seated promptly. We had the shrimp and veggie tempura mix. It was the right amount of crunchy, not-too-greasy and a good portion-size too. But service-wise, I don't think our server smiled at us even once.
